Is there a way to categorize transactions before exporting to Excel?

Yes. Click Edit Data and Mapping. Choose Data Column Mapping feature to create mapping rules according to your rules.

To create a new mapping rule, click New.

You can enter the expression and combine them.

Select the column and specify the end results.

Click Add to List to add the created mapping rules to the list.

Click Save to save the current mapping. Click Run to run the current mapping rule.

The mapping result will show in data preview.
